Services & Programs
Housing Program: PCG offers an onsite LGBTQ+ affirming, drug-free co-housing option in Gay Galveston, TX. For those 21 and over, we provide private bedrooms for just $200 a week, with utilities included. We have designated houses for women and trans individuals, as well as a separate men's house, all available as part of our commitment to fostering a supportive community.
Food Pantry, personal sanitary items & Clothing Donation programs: Yes, we urgently need donations for our clients. Many individuals are making a fresh start, often after gaining new employment, but they arrive with little to nothing. Supporting these efforts aligns with the spirit of Pride Galveston and helping our local community thrive.

Join an existing social club or start one of your own to celebrate Galveston Pride 2027! Examples include the Krewe of Bachus, an LGBTQ+ Mardi Gras krewe that embraces the Gulf Coast party lifestyle—throw some beads with us at Pride Galveston! Another great option is the TGRA: Texas Gay Rodeo Association of Galveston, where you can don your cowboy hats and enjoy the vibrant gay Galveston, TX community!

Donations that Make a Difference
We do accept non-cash donations of items; food pantry supplies, personal toiletries, clothing donations (a more complete list is found on the website and can be printed).
Living @ Pride Center Galveston
Housing
LGBTQ+ affirming housing options are available onsite at the Pride Center Galveston. Enjoy private furnished bedrooms with shared common space, all utilities included for just $200 a week. For availability, please contact Matt.

Clothing Closet
We take in donations of gently used adult men’s and women’s clothing. As part of our commitment to inclusivity, we are LGBQT+ affirming and proudly partner with the Trans Closet in Katy, TX. Our aim is to provide a safe space.

Food Pantry
We welcome donations of food. At any time, we are serving clients who are dealing with food insecurity. Additionally, we maintain a list of personal items needed for all new clients, ensuring we have certain welcome items ready to go.
Food Pantry Items: Shelf Stable
- Proteins: Peanut butter, canned tuna/salmon/chicken.
- Grains: Whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, whole-grain cereal, macaroni & cheese.
- Fruits & Vegetables: Canned fruits (in juice/water), canned low-sodium vegetables (tomatoes, corn, peas), applesauce.
- Meals: Canned soups, stews, chili (low sodium).
- Snacks: Granola bars, nuts, dried fruit, crackers.
- Cooking Basics: Cooking oil (olive, canola), spices, dried herbs.
- Drinks: Shelf-stable milk, 100% fruit juice boxes, water.
Hygiene Items: (Men & Womens)

· New (razors, shaving cream, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes)
· New (Bodywash/shampoo)
